Delete Your Account

You can delete your Baby Bondly account and data in either of these ways.
In the app
- Open Settings in Baby Bondly.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
If you can't access the app
Email azadbilek34@gmail.com from the address registered to your account with the subject “Baby Bondly account deletion”. Once we have confirmed the account is yours, we complete the request within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account, name, email address and role,
- Care logs, notes, notifications, photos, letters and voice notes you added,
- Your notification tokens and preferences.
Content your partner added stays with their account. Your baby's shared profile is kept while at least one parent remains; when the last parent deletes their account, the whole family space is deleted. A limited set of records we must keep by law, such as consent records, may be kept for the required period.
Subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in your store account's subscription settings.
